Fill out the form to apply for a 10’ x 10’ booth, 10’ x 20’ booth, or Community Corner table at the 2023 Confection Convention at the Crown Expo Center in Fayetteville, NC. Once your request is received and approved, you will receive an email with a link to payment for your space, link to the vendor agreement, and an emailed Google form requesting the following documents from your business:

  • proof of business insurance with the Confection Convention listed as Additionally Insured

  • copy of your business license (if applicable)

  • copy of your sales tax license/retail license

  • sanitation score from your state health department (if applicable)

  • business logo to post to the website

  • menu/product listing/description of service for event

With your booth, you will receive:

  • 1-8’ table with a black tablecloth

  • 2 chairs

  • Small trash can

  • Pipe and draping on sides and behind booth and numbers to mark section

  • option for power in your booth ($30 additional fee)

For a Community Corner table, your organization must offer products or services to the Fayetteville, NC and/or surrounding areas. (Your business does not have to be located in the Fayetteville, NC area but must be able to provide products/services to the area.) Your organization may not sell sweets, food, or food related services of any kind at a Community Corner table. Any of these related products or services must be booked as a standard 10’ x 10’ or 10’ x 20’ vendor booth.
